Mackenzie Loi

Mackenzie graduated from the University of Puget Sound where she majored in Politics and Government with an emphasis in International Relations with a double minor in Education Studies and Chinese.


Mackenzie swam four years on her college's varsity swim team and was named to the All-Conference, Second Team. She has prior experience in fundraising through her time working with the University's Annual Giving department. In college, she spent time educating and mentoring students through Big Brother Big Sister, Tacoma Public Schools, and Special Olympics.


Prior to joining APAICS, Mackenzie interned for the U.S. Congressman Donald Beyer, Jr. (VA-08) and at Running Start: Bringing Young Women to Politics.


Mackenzie’s interest in education and public service has led her to APAICS where she is excited to support in continuing to expand AA & NH/PI representation in the political process.
