In Case You Missed It: November Briefings


APAICS partnered with Comcast to host "Digital Equity and Inclusion." This panel told the story of Comcast's Internet Essentials and how AAPI groups have leveraged that program to bridge the digital divide.

APAICS partnered with Rocket Mortgage for "Addressing Unique Challenges to AAPI Homeownership." This panel discussed the unique challenges that the AAPI community faces in homeownership and ways to address them. We hope to increase understanding of how language access, third party mortgage origination and brokers all factor in bringing forth solutions to addressing challenges to AAPI homeownership through this webinar.


APAICS 2022-2023 Congressional Fellowship


If you are a working professional or a recent graduate interested in the legislative process, apply to our 2022-2023 Congressional Fellowship! The APAICS Congressional Fellowship is designed for young AAPI professionals looking to increase their experience in public policy and service. The full-time paid, 9-month program places fellows in Congressional offices to gain policy experience as part of the legislative team.

Deadline Extended! APAICS Spring 22 Congressional Internship



If you are currently an undergraduate student interested in working on Capitol Hill, apply to our Spring 2022 Congressional Internship program! Our Spring 2022 interns will work in-person for 12-weeks in both a Congressional host office and the United Parcel Service (UPS) government affairs office in Washington, D.C. Interns will work in the UPS office 1 day per week and in a Congressional office the remaining days of the week for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

  • 2022 Spring Congressional Internship Program Dates: February 7, 2022 - April 29, 2022

  • Time commitment: 32 hours/week for 12 weeks

  • Location: Washington, D.C.

External Affairs Manager, APAICS

  • The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as an External Affairs Manager. The qualified candidate will be responsible for engaging and executing APAICS projects and partnerships with stakeholders.
