WASHINGTON - APAICS is disappointed by today's Supreme Court decision to strike down affirmative action, a critical policy that advances equity and justice, including for Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander students who are underrepresented in many fields of study.
At APAICS, we know that Asian Americans and Native Hawaiians/Pacific Islanders are still underrepresented across government and in leadership. All communities want and deserve a fair shot to succeed. APAICS will continue to fight for that right for all communities of color.
