Susan Moon

National Advisory Council Member

Susan is a Principal Counsel at The Walt Disney Company, where she supports the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products division’s digital publishing/experiences business and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and as well the Disney Worldwide Services division’s global labor standards program. She is very active in diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at Disney including with company’s business employee resource groups as well as several DEI task forces at the company.

Prior to Disney, Susan was a Vice President, Legal, at Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, where she advised senior management on general legal matters relating to government regulations, technology, corporate development and strategy, new products and initiatives, resort operations, and compliance. She also worked at several large law firms in New York City.

She has long supported the Asian American and Pacific Islander community via efforts including voter rights/voter protection, mentoring students and lawyers, supporting of political candidates, and efforts to help support small businesses.

Susan has previously served on the Board of the Korean Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY). She has been honored with the Trailblazer Award from KALAGNY and the Corporate Counsel Leadership Award from the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association/Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey.

Susan holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
