Freguenet Demisse

Freguenet comes to APAICS with over eight years of experience in compliance. Before joining APAICS, she served as a compliance manager at a DC public charter school, where she helped remove barriers and created equitable access to resources for families.  

Freguenet also worked for the District government as a Senior Compliance Specialist overseeing the compliance of multiple District government agencies with small business law. Freguenet is experienced in process improvement, working with various stakeholders with competing interests. 

Freguenet is passionate about helping others and is looking forward to supporting APAICS as it continues to increase AA & NH/PI representation in the government.
