

Vivian Young
National Advisory Council Member
Vivian Young is the Global Head of Asian & Pacific Islander Affairs at JPMorganChase, where she leads initiatives for the firm’s Business Resource Groups and Executive Forums; and collaborates with business partners to strengthen ties to the community. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that empowers employees and drives meaningful change within the organization.
Since joining JPMorganChase in 2012, Vivian has led strategic initiatives for the Product and Platform team in the Private Bank and J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Her responsibilities included product management, development, and expansion of trusts and estates services, donor-advised funds, and financial planning tools. Most recently, she served as the Global Head of Bank Product Marketing in Asset & Wealth Management, where she developed strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth. Vivian worked closely with Product leadership across banking, lending, mortgage, annuities, trusts and estates, and cyber and fraud, leading the content development and execution of strategic marketing programs.
Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She is a Board Member of National ACE and the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families, and a founding member of the United States Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Initiative for Strategic Empowerment. She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
