About the Event
The APAICS Dallas Leadership Academy (RLA) is a two-day leadership training event for community stakeholders, individuals seeking to run for public office, current elected officials, and those with an interest in policymaking or social justice. The Dallas RLA will focus on individuals interested in pursuing elected positions in the Southern region of the United States.
NOTE: The Dallas Regional Leadership Academy is still planned to be an in-person event. Attendees will be required to take the necessary precautions including but not limited to: submitting proof of COVID vaccination status, signing a COVID-19 waiver form, and wearing a mask for the entirety of the event.

The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) is a non-partisan, non-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting Asian Pacific American participation and representation at all levels of the political process, from community service to elected office. Cost of Attendance
There is a small fee of $100 to attend the academy. Upon acceptance, program participants will be asked to pay this amount. The fee covers the entire training for both days.
If you are unable to pay the $100, scholarship options are available.
