About the Event
On February 9th, 2021, APAICS alongside our supporters honored the new Asian American and Pacific Islander members of Congress for our Lunar New Year Celebration. Featured in the video is a Lion Dance performance by the Jow Ga Shaolin Insitute and a cooking demonstration by MoonRabbit's very own Chef Kevin Tien!
