Kai Hirabayashi

Kai Hirabayashi is a senior government affairs and public policy executive with extensive experience navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments across the public and private sectors. He serves as Senior Director of Government Relations at TKO Group Holdings, where he represents a global portfolio of leading sports and live entertainment brands—including UFC, WWE, Professional Bull Riders, On Location, and IMG—before policymakers in Washington, state capitals, and internationally.

Throughout his career, Kai has advised senior leadership and policymakers on labor, workforce, intellectual property, and economic policy, holding leadership roles at Amazon, Caterpillar Inc., and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. His government service includes senior policy positions on the U.S. Senate HELP Committee, the U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Kai is a recognized leader in the government affairs community and currently serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including APAICS and AAPILA. He was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan and confirmed by the Maryland State Senate to serve on the Maryland Economic Development Commission. Kai holds a J.D., an LL.M. in Law and Government, and a B.A. in Political Science. Kai is a native of Seattle, WA.
