Justin Oswald

Justin Oswald is Congressional Lead at OpenAI. In this role, he works with Congress to help develop legislation related to the safe and effective use of artificial intelligence. Justin previously served in the Biden-Harris Administration as Special Assistant to the President and House Legislative Liaison. While at the White House, he worked with Members of Congress to advance President Biden's legislative agenda. Justin previously worked on Capitol Hill for over a decade, including as Representative Grace Meng's Chief of Staff. Justin is from Rockland County, New York and graduated from the University of Rhode Island.
