Ana Meade

Ana Meade is vice president, Sustainable Development, Toyota Motor North America, headquartered in Plano, Texas. In this executive role, Meade leads partnerships and investments that support community engagement and workforce development. Her portfolio includes the Toyota USA Foundation and the North American arm of the Toyota Mobility Foundation. She also oversees Toyota’s North American regional coordination of sustainability management and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Sustainable Development, Meade served as general manager, Global Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance for Toyota Motor Corporation, responsible for risk management and compliance governance, strategy, and operations. Prior to that assignment, Meade played a primary role in the consolidation of Toyota’s North American corporate headquarters in North Texas, cultivating regional and national community relationships to inform and deliver on Toyota’s commitment to community engagement and Respect for People.

Meade joined Toyota in 2004 as a Strategic Corporate Recruiter before moving to several leadership roles across the enterprise, including Organizational Development, Corporate Strategic Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and overseeing Toyota’s regional corporate philanthropy and volunteer engagement strategy.

Before coming to Toyota, Meade worked in a range of industries, including biotechnology, publishing, and non-profit education, driving talent acquisition and human capital strategies.

Meade currently serves on the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for Dallas’ AT&T Performing Arts Center (ATTPAC). She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business. She is also a graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas program.
