Reception for CAPAC & New Members
On November 29, 2012, APAICS hosted a reception honoring the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) and newly-elected Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Members of Congress at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). The result of this year’s election brings in the largest caucus of Asian American and Pacific Islander Members in any single congressional session, reflecting the increasing political power of the fastest growing demographic group.
