Khanh Le
2010-2011: Office of Rep. Mike Honda
Khanh Le was the 2010-2011 APAICS Anheuser Busch/Frank Horton Fellow in the office of Congressman Mike Honda (CA-15). Khanh handled Congressman Honda’s Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) issues on education, healthcare and civil rights. He was also responsible for Representative Honda’s voting and animal rights issues.
Prior to his fellowship with APAICS, Khanh interned for a micro-finance organization in Mexico. He has worked for local government to promote diversity and civil leadership programs for underengaged communities and various Asian American and Pacific Islander non-profit organizations. Furthermore, he has worked to promote engagement of Vietnamese and Latino families in the education system.
Khanh Le graduated from Oregon State University where he received his Master’s in public policy.
