Biography
Joyce Chen joined the firm as an associate in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, and worked at an international law firm, where she practiced complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
While in law school, Ms. Chen served as judicial intern for the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill, U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut and as associate editor of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Prior to and during law school, Ms. Chen served on the New Haven Board of Aldermen and represented New Haven's Dwight neighborhood in Ward 2 for three terms.
