Biography
George James served as a Councilmember of the Borough of Westwood. Ever since Councilman James moved to Westwood he took a very active role in the local activities of the town. He has been a member of the Westwood Zoning Board of Adjustments for several years and he was the Council's liaison to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board. Mr. James also served on the board of Riley Center, senior citizens home, for several years. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and is a founding member of many Indian Organizations in the New York Metropolitan area. Councilman James is a member of the Republican Club in Westwood and also is a member of the Bergen County Republican Organization.
